S.A.F.E. Management is looking to hire for the Spring Human Resource internship at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, Nevada. The internship can be used for college credit and will be paid. The internship will begin in March 2025 and conclude in mid-July 2025.

- Mayday Concert
- WrestleMania
- AC/DC Concert
- Post Malone Concert
- Kendrick Lamar Concert
- Coldplay Concert
- Shakira Concert
- COPA Soccer
- Any other events that are scheduled during the internship
- Learn the S.A.F.E. Management philosophy (crowd management with a focus on guest services)
- See the entire hiring process and understand the focus of each step (interview, online training, in-person training)
- Complete the onboarding process including work authorization collection & e-verify
- Become a resource for teammates– know their most common questions/ issues, and how to help them solve those problems
Job Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with interview prep, interview scheduling, interviews, interview data input, and interview communication
- Participate in job fairs, career events, and social media to help drive interest in recruitment
- Work in the applicant tracking system from interview through onboarding
- Training check-in assistance, training knowledge, and training data input
- Research and understand Nevada Labor Laws and government hiring regulations
- Monitor email and voicemail
- Collaborate on staff communications for everything from interviews to event notices
- Be knowledgeable and a resource on event days to be able to assist with needs as they arise with both the client and teammates
- Reconcile hours after events
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience with MS applications (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) & Google Docs
- Ability to post on Social Media outlets (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Experience with (phone, video chat, and in-person) interviews, training, and overall candidate evaluation
- Available to work an average of 30 hours per week, with a flexible schedule (including weekends, evenings, and holidays)
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset

- Pay: $15.50 - $17.00 per hour based on events
