Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safety and supervision of patrons in and around the pool area.
- Enforce facility rules and maintain a safe environment.
- Provide CPR, AED, and first aid when required.
- Wear proper uniform, including all Personal Protective Equipment.
- Conduct opening and closing procedures as well as regular chemical safety checks.
- Perform secondary duties when not stationed at a lifeguard stand.
- Participate in regular in-service training or online training sessions.
- Maintain cleanliness of the pool and surrounding areas.
Requirements:
- Minimum age: 15 years old.
- Flexible availability: 15-40 hours per week (Tuesday-Sunday).
- Current certifications: Lifeguard Training, CPR/AED, and First Aid.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience in first aid (1 year required).
Schedule Options:
- 4-hour, 8-hour, 10-hour, or 12-hour shifts.
- Day shifts, evening shifts, and rotating weekends
- Must be available on the weekends
