About Us: S&A Industries Corporation was formed in April 2010. Formerly West Akron North America LLC: S&A is a joint venture company between Sekiso Industries, Okazaki Japan and Akron Polymer Products, Akron Ohio. S&A Industries produces and supplies porous ducting used for Air Intake Systems (AIS), battery cooling ducts for Hybrid Electric Vehicle (HEV), Interior HVAC ducting products, thermal protective sleeving, and expandable sheeting products for automotive “body in white” noise damping. S&A has facilities in Akron, OH, New Albany, MS, Yuma, AZ, and Celaya GTO, Mexico.

General Description: These are full-time positions for those seeking opportunities in the following areas: assembly, tube forming/bending, material handling, blow mold, and injection mold.

About the Role: Primary responsibilities and duties include but are not limited to performing start-up check list activities, performing first, middle, and last checks and logging all findings. Follow work instructions/flow to ensure standard work instructions are met and maintained. Examine parts for defects (bubbles, splits, or thin areas to ensure specifications are maintained). Moves flash and rejected parts not re- grinder box for recycling. Operate press, weld PF2 ducts, cut PF2 fiber to spec, assist in TPS Kaizen implementation. Calculates production scrap totals, follow procedures for workplace safety and follow 6S and housekeeping. Additional details found in job descriptions provided/discussed during interview.

About You: Do you have a High School diploma or GED? Can you able to stand for eight (8) hours? Do you consider yourself safety and quality conscious? Can you follow standard work instructions? Can you work in varying climates (hot in the summer and cold in the winter)? Yes? APPLY!!!

Pay Rate: Starting rate $14.50/hour with shift differentials for 2nd and 3rd shifts
