We are seeking a skilled, experienced and dedicated trailer Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be required to have experience in welding and mechanical skills. Duties
- Removing and installing after market truck beds, ensuring they operate efficiently and safely.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment to minimize downtime.
- Diagnose and repair trailer malfunctions such as wiring issues, bearing failures, axle repair.
- Read and interpret schematics to understand system designs and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Operate forklift and equipment at job site as needed.
- Communicate with clients regarding service needs, repairs, and maintenance schedules.
- Adhere to safety protocols while working with trailers and equipment.
Skills
- Proficient in welding and fabrication
- Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in trailer repair.
- Ability to read and interpret technical schematics for effective troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with basic mechanical knowledge.
