Summary
Support Food Service Team in everyday functions related to managing programs, equipment and products.
Essential Functions
- Manages the Food Service support email inbox.
- Processes and tracks equipment, product orders, billbacks for various programs (GOGO Grill, Blue Bunny Freezers, WAM, restroom and cleaning supply program, etc.)
- Managing coffee program orders from tracking applications, ordering equipment, opening order for supplies and products along with updating related spreadsheets.
- Update and maintain Food Service Program Submission Database.
- Develop, update, and maintain Food Service catalogs, quarterly newsletter, and various sell sheets.
- Manage Fruit Ridge Farms weekly breakroom order.
- Manage Sysco cross-dock item reference.
- Track and submit monthly PM’s for sales team.
- Work with vendors and/or brokers to secure information as requested to include updated sell sheets and contact information.
- Create and track billbacks for vendors.
- Support Food Service team during Tradeshow and Food Service Showcase.
- Manage and distribute POS requests including mailing to customers, sales reps, and Food Service team.
- Create non-retail PO’s for food service equipment.
- Create above delivered invoices for non-retail PO equipment orders.

- Must have well-developed interpersonal skills and have the ability to promote harmonious relationships with staff, peers, and supervisors.
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday; 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Hours listed are general hours and may be altered as needed. Additional hours may be required to fulfill job duties and position expectations.
Required Education and Experience
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED);
- One year or more related experience and/or training; or
- Equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Post-secondary education preferred.
