At S. Abraham & Sons, Inc. we believe in putting customers first as they are the core to everything we do. Our Customer Service Team's top priority is to successfully aid our customers in order processing and troubleshooting their needs across multiple states.
This position operates within our corporate office in a call-center adjacent feel. With a team of 12 CSRs, you will take approximately 30-50 inbound calls daily while simultaneously managing incoming emails from internal customers and staff.
Position Responsibilities
- Effectively resolve customer questions via phone in a timely manner
- Compose personalized responses to customer problems
- Data entry of customer orders
- Process customer order credits
- Outbound calls with delivery updates as needed
Requirements
- Experience in customer service
- Not intimidated by technology and willing to learn
- Not afraid to ask for help when needed
- Genuinely empathetic and articulate
