Job Description:
The Recruiter is responsible for proactively driving all aspects of the recruitment process, ensuring that the process moves efficiently and effectively, and to identify and hire the best qualified talent. They are also responsible for the onboarding of all new personnel.
Responsibilities:
· Conduct recruitment activities for exempt and nonexempt personnel.
· Conduct phone screens, video interviews, and in-person/on-site interviews.
· Responsible for applicant tracking throughout hiring and on-boarding process; includes maintaining Applicant Tracking System.
· Utilize all sources available to obtain talent for the organization.
· Participate in administrative staff meetings and attends other meetings and seminars as needed.
· Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed.
· Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations as it pertains to position.
· Participate in developing department goals, objectives, and systems for talent acquisition.
· Onboard new employees by conducting orientations and developing orientation schedules.
· Process background checks and verify employment eligibility of new hires.
· Complete new hire packets with employee (tax forms, EEOC compliance, handbook, policies, etc.)
· Various tasks as directed by management.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Positions are Monday - Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm. Hours listed are general hours and may be altered as needed. Additional hours may be required to fulfill job duties and position expectations.

Required Education and Experience
· Bachelor’s Degree and three (3) to five (5) years of Human Resources experience, OR
· A master’ degree in Human Resources Management and two (2) years of experience in the HR field, OR
· Seven (7) years of experience in the HR field, OR
· Any similar combination of education and experience.
