We are currently seeking an experienced Sr. Project Manager to join our team. In this key role, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of projects from planning to completion. Your expertise will ensure that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the satisfaction of our clients.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of construction management principles, including project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management. They will also possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
We offer a comprehensive compensation package, including a salary range of $100k-$150k, depending on experience, as well as benefits such as health insurance, 401(k) with company match, dental/vision insurance, paid time off, sick days, wellness days, paid holidays, discretionary bonus, company-sponsored events, recruiting bonuses, company credit card, and phone allowance.
To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field, with at least 5 years of experience in construction project management.
