Responsibilities
- Assist the General Manager in managing daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and food service management.
- Lead by example to ensure that all team members provide outstanding customer service.
- Train and develop staff through effective coaching and mentoring techniques.
- Oversee food preparation and banquet services to ensure quality and compliance with health regulations.
- Conduct interviews for new hires and participate in the onboarding process.
- Monitor POS systems for efficiency and accuracy during service periods.
- Manage inventory levels, placing orders as necessary to maintain stock while minimizing waste.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the management team to implement operational improvements and achieve business goals.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the food service or hospitality industry.
- Strong skills in interviewing, training, and staff development.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and banquet service operations.
- Familiarity with inventory control processes and POS systems.

Pay: $19.78 - $21.84 per hour
