Job Requirements
● You will be responsible for the pulling, processing and packing customer orders.
● Technical computer and typing skills
● Proficient and Confident Communication skills on the phone
● Writing skills
● Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email, letter
● Investigating and solving customers’ problems, which may be complex or long-standing problems that have been passed on by customer service assistance's
● Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers
● Analyzing statistics or other data to determine the level of customer service the organization is providing
● Producing written information for customers
● Improving customer service procedures
