Job Location: Southlake location - Southlake, TX
Salary Range: Undisclosed
This position will be an assistant to the Regional Merchandiser. You will be based out of the retail
store and work closely with the Store Manager in order to uphold company merchandising standards
and provide direction to the sales team and support staff.
Responsibilities (included but not limited to):
- Visual Display/Merchandising - Work with Regional Merchandiser to plan and implement floor moves; Unload shipment daily and oversee the process of getting merchandise to the sales floor immediately; Maintain the store appearance by upholding company standards; Assist in window display installation seasonally.
- Operational - Replenish sales floor; Assist in price changing activities; Assist in managing inventory levels; Organize stockroom; Set up and remove signage for promotional events/sales.
- Sales - Expected to deliver outstanding customer service and help with selling as needed.
$15-20 an hour depending on experience

Required Qualifications:
- Sense of urgency - individual must possess the ability to prioritize effectively and be able to adapt to frequent change or unexpected events
- Great organizational skills
- Ability to multitask
- Self-motivated, passionate and great team play
- Ability to work with a changing schedule that requires some nights, weekends, and early morning floor moves
- Have to be able to lift 40 pounds with frequent lifting and/or carrying of product
Preferred Qualifications:
- Available Saturday mornings
- Minimum of 6 months of retail merchandising experience
- Minimum of 2 years retail sales experience

- Keeping social distance as well as updated on guidelines given by the CDC.
