We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst Intern to join our S&B USA Concessions team for the summer. In this role, you will work closely with S&B USA Concessions leaders in evaluating and analyzing the financial needs of live transactions, including creating and maintaining financial models for P3 project within the company’s portfolio and new investment opportunities. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in essential financial modeling and financial structuring parameters of a P3 project.

Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluating and analyzing the financial needs of P3 transactions, including the development of financial models
- Supporting transaction structuring and execution efforts
- Developing memos, white papers, and presentations for leadership.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, Math, Engineering or a related field.
- Strong quantitative skills focused on financial analysis, accounting and financial theory
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office Suite, with an emphasis on Excel.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A high level of energy and a keen desire to learn new concepts
- An opportunity to participate and contribute to the advancement of several key P3 infrastructure mega-projects in the United States
