About Us
S&B USA Concessions is a leader in the development, investment, construction, operation and financing of large scale infrastructure P3 projects globally. We’re looking for highly motivated, experienced junior / mid-level attorney or commercial manager to join the Concessions team at S&B USA. In this role the candidate will have the chance to contribute to meaningful involvement in innovative infrastructure projects that benefit communities across the United States.
Responsibilities :
- Managing legal / commercial aspects of P3 projects or project finance-based construction projects, with both public and private sector clients.
- Manage internal corporate / commercial agreements with partners and consultants (experience with corporate transactions and teaming agreements a plus).
- Draft and review procurement, finance and construction packages, including those using alternative project delivery methods, such as public-private partnerships (P3), predevelopment agreements (PDAs), traditional and progressive design-build, and other forms of alternative delivery contracting.
- Manage internal and external legal counsel.
- Facilitating internal project and investment proposals, coordinating investment approvals with risk and investment committees.
- Preparing Board materials and internal presentations for legal and commercial activities.
Technical / Industry Knowledge :
This is a full-time position to be located in Pittsburgh, PA, Washington DC, or possibly New York, NY. The salary range is commensurate with experience.
