What are the responsibilities and job description for the Recovery Agent position at S C A R INC?
S.C.A.R., Inc. is a repossession company that has been in the industry for more than 15 years. We believe our success is built on the foundation of loyalty, honesty, employee well-being, and client satisfaction. We are team-oriented and goal-driven. We believe in promoting from within when applicable and we operate in multiple markets throughout Texas, so a change of location may also be available. The typical workweek is five consecutive days, starting Sunday, from 4 PM until 4 AM with a 1-hour lunch break at 9 PM. We have assigned, well-maintained, late-model take-home trucks too.
Compensation:
We offer base hourly pay, commission, bonuses, and employer-sponsored health insurance.
Applicant requirements:
The applicant must:
- be at least 25 years of age and possess a valid Texas driver's license.
- possess a valid TDLR Tow Operator License.
- be able to pass pre-employment and unannounced drug screens throughout employment.
- not have more than 1 moving violation within the last 3 years.
- not have any felony convictions within the past 7 years.
- meet work schedule expectations.
The applicant should:
- be experienced with basic computer and typing skills.
- have at least 1-year wheel-lift wrecker experience.
- be comfortable with driving for extended hours.
- be comfortable working evenings and nights.
