Automotive After-Market Service Center Manager

Overview
This position encompasses our service facilities and requires the right individual to wear multiple hats on a daily basis. This person will oversee the following duties:

Duties

• Oversee daily operations of the service department, ensuring efficiency and productivity of work orders.
• Oversee the dispatching of drivers to pick and deliver vehicles to our clients.
• Work closely with our parts department to ensure proper levels of inventory to complete work orders.
• Communicating with our showroom staff and out-side sales team members to ensure proper vehicle information for scheduled work orders.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing concerns and resolving issues.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve work flow and build team members work proficiency.

This candidate should meet the following requirements:

• Previous experience in automotive service or detailing management is required.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and problem solve in a fast-paced work environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
