State Minimum Requirements: A high school diploma. Related clerical experience may be substituted for a high school diploma.
Institutions of Higher Learning must be recognized by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation.
Agency Additional Requirements: A high school diploma with three years related experience, two (2) years of cash handling, accounting, or banking experience, minimum typing skills of 45 words per minute (certified typing test required). Preferred Qualifications

- Perform functions for processing all mail requests to include keying requests, searching, and preparing appropriate electronic certifications and photocopy certifications, keeping track of certification paper control numbers. Makes appropriate annotations on applications prior to mail out of certificates.
- Balance money drawer daily with no discrepancies.
- Returns applications to customer if there is not a valid ID or if there is not a fee.
- Performs other related duties as directed.
