PHONE : (630) 963-3033 | FAX : (630) 963-3170Senior Health Benefits Consultant – 10224 Our client is seeking a dynamic Senior Health Benefits Consultant to provide analytical and consultative support for employee benefit offerings, including Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Stop Loss, Life Insurance, wellness programs, and clinical initiatives. This role combines expertise in data analysis and client interaction, working closely with Client Relationship Managers (CRMs) and other team members on financial analyses and strategic projects.Responsibilities : Lead vendor procurement assignments, analyze responses, and gain familiarity with vendor programs and competitive differentiators.Collaborate with CRMs to define project scopes and support client presentations.Work with the Medical Director and Clinical team on wellness initiatives.Analyze complex data such as demographic information, claims, financial performance, and renewal analyses.Prepare reports and recommendations.Review work from other analysts to ensure quality and accuracy.Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree and 7 years of experience in health benefits, managed care, or underwriting (or equivalent experience).Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, with advanced Excel skills, including VBA programming, preferred.Strong project management, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative work ethic are essential.#J-18808-Ljbffr
