As the Associate Maintenance Manager Facilities, you will provide leadership for all facilities infrastructure maintenance, demonstrating broad expertise and knowledge in the areas of performance contract management, financial management, work order systems, processing management, strategic planning, trades code compliance, energy strategies, and internal customer service.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Accountable for the delivery of services utility services including chemical processing maintenance support
- Manage the internal stakeholder customer interface
- Manage team of Facilities professionals who plan, design, construct, and maintain facilities infrastructure (equipment, machinery, buildings, control systems, etc.); select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function
- Ensure compliance with occupational safety and environmental standards, ISO performance, internal customer audit action plans
- Subject Matter Expert (SME) in critical infrastructure including Uninterruptable Power Systems (UPS), backup power generators
- Oversight and management of the Building Management System (BMS) ensuring control and visibility of utility and building support
- Direct management of annual Repair and Maintenance (R&M) budget for areas of responsibility
- Manages HVAC, Electrical, Pipefitting, Power Plant, Wastewater treatment and General Maintenance expense including contracted services
- Oversees the work order control function and ensures CMMS reactive and preventative maintenance programs are executed
- Assist in the development of the 5-year Long Range Plan for capital and expense infrastructure end of life systems (generators, chillers AHU's, cooling towers, UPS, etc.) and helps develops budget inputs for those items
- Manage facilities contractor, vendor, and service provider work.
- Coordinate with Procurement to identify opportunities for local or portfolio-wide outsourced services relevant to maintenance and operations
- Monitors and advises on condition of all facilities infrastructure.
- Reviews project drawings and submittals, provides SME input into critical infrastructure design methodology
