The Company's Total Rewards package is at or above industry levels. The expected base salary range for this position is between 133,980.00 USD - 140,679.00 USD. Job related skills, experience, education, and location will be considered in setting actual starting base salary. In addition to your base salary and depending on job level, eligibility, and performance, a total package may include profit sharing, a short-term incentive and / or long-term incentives. ABOUT THE ROLE
The Associate Brand Manager Shout Portfolio role leads the business for the total Shout brand. As the business owner, you will be accountable for driving financial results, managing portfolio strategy, launching new products and leading large cross-functional teams. The position will report into the Sr. Director of Home Cleaning and will have brand counter parts in Innovation and Equity with a high growth ambition behind an aggressive innovation pipeline and a new marketing platform. The role is a great opportunity to help shape the future vision for the brand, to become a stain megabrand!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Brand Portfolio Strategy and Management
- Develop and execute comprehensive portfolio strategies to drive growth and market share.
- Manage assortment and determine cadence of innovations, renovations and exits.
- Commercialize new products and prepare selling materials.
- Lead a cross-functional team supporting the business through RD&E, CIBA, Finance, Supply Chain, Omni, Demand Planning and Equity.
