Join our winning team of Wave Makers and Go Getters and help us write the next chapter in the SCJ story.ABOUT THE ROLEThe Brand Manager, Air Care Manager, will focus on Glade brand for international consumer brands, working with a cross functional team to shape the delivery of base innovation & renovation initiatives rooted in consumer insights to further grow the brand and forms in charge. The Manager will be responsible of executing short term initiatives and also define what winning and growing means for the segments in charge. The brand manager will identify opportunities through a deep consumer, competitive & commercial understanding & will prioritize solution development in partnership with a broader team. This role will lead cross functional teams to refine strategy, prioritize areas of focus & drive impact in key markets.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESAccountable for International Air Care brand, strategy for specific segments for Glade.Translating unmet consumer needs into winning opportunities and strategiesLead multi year strategy development to address consumer needs and enhance our brand equity by immersing in problems to solvePartner with markets / clusters in the IGP by building and aligning global solutions with local markets and senior regional leadershipUnderstand consumer and shopper insights that drive segment priorities. Analyze, distill and make conclusions / recommendations to support business initiatives and priorities.Advance SCJ's sustainability initiatives through embedding purpose into our brands DNAREQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRING Bachelor's degree and minimum 8 years of relevant experience, or minimum 5 years of experience and advanced degree preferredQualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the USPREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLSAbility to execute highly complex or specialized projects; adapts precedent and makes significant departures from traditional approaches to develop solutionsExperience with, and passion for, brand development and communication.
