The Manager, Finance Business Analyst will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the Finance modules. This role requires a strong understanding of financial processes, technical expertise in SAP, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure the effective use of the SAP system.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESCollaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and translate them into SAP Finance solutions.Configure and test SAP Finance modules to align with business processes.Develop and maintain documentation of SAP Finance processes, configurations, and specifications.Work closely with the IT team to ensure smooth integration with other systems.Provide user training and support for SAP Finance applications.Analyze and resolve SAP finance-related issues and problems.Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards in the SAP system.Manage data integration, migration, and reporting activities to ensure accurate and timely financial data.Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and best practices to drive continuous improvement.REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRINGBachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles5 years of experience in any of the following finance functions : Financial Planning; Management / Statutory Reporting; Accounting Standard; Costing; Consolidation; Treasury and TaxPREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLSPrevious experience as SAP Finance Business Analyst or similar roleAbility to effectively work independently and in a team environmentA strong analytical ability needed to interpret the user community's needs and translate these into application requirementsAbility to work collaborative with cross-functional teamsExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailEffective communication and interpersonal skillsSAP certification in FICO or Central Finance is a plus.JOB REQUIREMENTSPercentage of travel time expected : approx. 20%Office work environmentRemote work available once a week for eligible employeesThis role is not eligible for relocationInclusion & DiversityWe're a global business, with people from every culture, ethnicity, race, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, age and ability.
