Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Parts Inventory Manager to join our team at our US headquarters office in Alpharetta, GA. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient management of our inventory, including purchasing, receiving, and shipping/transporting to our project locations. Your goal is to optimize purchasing and inventory procedures in order to support critical business goals. The ideal candidate has strong analytical and business skills, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to keep precise records. This role requires effective collaboration with various departments within the S.E.A. Group both within the US and across our multinational branches.
This role manages the parts inventory database, policies and procedures related to inventory, purchasing, logistics, and all related support of S.E.A projects in the US. As the department grows, the Parts Inventory Manager will manage subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs as a true first level manager, ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adheres to approved budgets.

Responsibilities
Inventory Management
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure products are stocked appropriately, preventing stockouts or overstock situations.
- Regularly update inventory records, databases, and systems to reflect accurate stock quantities and locations.
- Implement inventory control measures to minimize shrinkage, loss, and theft.
- Hands on organization and management of warehouse space and inventory.
- Manage purchasing, collaborating with field service teams, overseas branches, and vendors to fulfill project and customer needs accurately and on time.
- Coordinate the picking, packing, and shipping of parts, ensuring they are prepared for distribution to customers and field service teams in a timely manner.
- Generate purchase orders and sales orders as needed based on inventory levels and demand forecasts.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and forwarders for purchasing and shipping logistics.
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends, discrepancies, and potential issues.
- Prepare regular reports on inventory levels, turnover rates, and performance metrics for management review.
- Assist in forecasting inventory needs based on historical data, market trends, and sales projections.
- In this small organization, the inventory manager performs functions across inventory, purchasing, warehouse, and logistics to optimize processes and maintain seamless operations.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to manage the timely delivery of products and resolve any discrepancies.
- Conduct periodic audits of inventory to ensure accuracy and quality of products.
- Implement quality control measures to identify and address defective or expired items.
- Identify opportunities to streamline inventory management processes and enhance overall efficiency.
- Propose and implement innovative solutions to enhance accuracy and productivity in inventory control.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, logistics, or related field
- Experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Business Central/Dynamics 365 is preferred.
- English/Korean bi-lingual or Korean language communication skills preferred.
- Experience working in a multinational/multicultural environment preferred.

- Monday to Friday
- 40 hours weekly, as projects require.
- Some flexibility for hybrid work, based on project needs, but this is primarily an in-office position with direct responsibility for warehouse inventory and shipping that requires being onsite.
- Annual Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 DOE
- Generous annual bonus program
- Bi-weekly direct deposit via ADP.
