Established Engineering, Planning and Development Firm based in Greenwich CT is seeking a Billing and Office Manager for projects relating to engineering, surveying, environmental, planning, and more.
The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, hardworking, and highly organized team-player, with excellent oral, reading and written communication abilities. 2 years of work experience is preferred. This position has high growth potential for the right candidate.
Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
- Preparing invoices for billing (including percentage of project completed, time and material, as well as expenses for consultants.
- Greeting clients, answering phones, etc.
- Schedule meetings, phone calls, recording inquiries, site visits, deliveries etc.
- Organize, file, and maintain all current project documents
- Assist project managers in the successful completion of various projects related to engineering, environmental planning, development, and more
- Assist coordinating the obtaining of permits or certifications as required
- Assist in preparing proposals in MS Word
- Mail, Fed-ex, UPS, etc.
- Carry out daily operational tasks in an effective and timely manner
This is primarily a M-F position 8am to 5pm. Business casual dress code. Benefits include health insurance, paid vacations, paid holidays and 401k after initial vesting period.
