Total Annual Compensation Package:
- $70,000 - $110,000 potential annual income
- Generous starting base salary of $65,000 annually
- Earn commission on sold orders from day one
- Company vehicle

- 401K eligibility after 1 year
- Positively increase the sales revenue and profitability of the organization, through quality customer service as well as expanding the customer base
- Determine, generate, and capture the sales outside of the organization, primarily through commercial property management companies and commercial projects
- Identify ways to attract more prospects
- Work to build a “book of business” and prove to potential clients that S&G is the right choice for their floor covering needs
- Maintain existing accounts and ensure their satisfaction with S&G services
- Develop sales tools and strategies that target key multi-family and commercial decision-makers
- Manage projects from point of sale through final payment of invoices
