Total Annual Compensation Package:
- $50,000 - $66,000 potential annual salary

Position Description:
Coordinate and sell quality floor coverings: carpet, hardwood, laminate, vinyl and tile. The overall goal is to drive sales through superior customer service.
- Greets customer on sales floor and determines type and quality of merchandise desired
- Qualifies customers, then shows merchandise or samples of merchandise to customer
- Schedules appointment with an estimator to obtain exact dimensions
- Follows up timely and professionally with customers on all requests
- Participates in on-going training to increase product knowledge
Position Requirements:
- Motivation with a strong drive and desire to succeed in a sales role
- Confidence and the ability to advise on design choices
- Previous success in a sales role preferred
- Intermediate knowledge of computers
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
