You will gain true job satisfaction by working with customers, one on one, to help them transform the look of their home. You will have the opportunity to really get to know your customers while you support them during a 1-4 week selling and installation timeline.

Schedule: 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week/ Every Sunday off / Never work past 6:30pm
Compensation: $16.50/hr during training, once the training program is completed the hourly rate will be $14/hr plus commission. Sales consultants generally earn between $21.50 and $28.50 per hour ($45,000 and $60,000 per year in total compensation).

- Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management
- High school diploma (must be 18 years or older)
- Previous sales experience (retail experience included)
- Positive attitude and self-confidence when working with the public
- Motivated, ambitious, with a high level of importance in landing sales
- Strong computer skills
- Open to training and learning product line (we will train you)
