S & G Manufacturing Group’s is looking for sales and project management of Millwork and stainless steel fabrication for remodels and new stores. We start with the initial floor plan review and equipment schedules, then optimize each individual customer’s needs to deliver accurate and on time packages. We coordinate all of the shipments, delivery schedules, installation and oversee the entire job to meet our customers schedules.
S & G Manufacturing Group is looking to hire an inside Sales Coordinator to join our team. As a Sales Coordinator you will be the connection between our team and the customer. The associate in this full-time role must demonstrate strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and be a solutions provider when speaking with customers and associates. You will be working with at the manufacturing location with a team of dedicated team of professionals in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Essential Functions:
- Prepares price quotes using floor plans and other documentation to send to customers
- Enters customer orders into system along with required delivery schedule
- Enters order modifications and changes, including delivery date changes, into system and notifies affected individuals of same
- Tracks orders through the system to ensure on-time shipments to customers
- Coordinates multiple job/quote requirements simultaneously with changing levels of prioritization
- Manages and communicates critical activities related to job status to the rest of the team
- Organizes, maintains and manages data files and information related to the position
- Uses problem solving skills on a daily basis to resolve customer inquiries
- Provides necessary follow-up and correspondence on customer concerns
- Develops positive relationships to retain loyal customers; informs supervisor and others in a timely manner of issues affecting relationships with customers
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- 2 - 3 years of sales coordination experience preferred
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
- Ability to develop positive relationships with customers
- Ability to use computer software (MRP sytem, Excel and Word)
- Ability to read drawings and layouts
- Prior experience in millwork preferred
- Knowledge of MAS software a plus
