Key Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process for assigned roles from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize various source methods to identify and attract top talent, including social media, job boards, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide strategic recruitment advice.
- Employer Branding: Develop and implement employer branding strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Data Analysis: Use recruitment metrics and data to drive decisions and improve processes.
- Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.
- Project Management: Lead and participate in various HR and recruitment projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3 years of recruitment experience (we will only entertain candidates that are willing to work in a fast-paced environment).
- Volume hiring: Experience managing high volume recruiting environments required.
- Skills: Strong sourcing, interviewing, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in using ATS and other recruitment tools.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Problem-Solving: Creative and strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Team Player: Collaborative and able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Real estate and/or construction industry experience are preferred but not required.
- This is an on-site role. We do not offer remote or hybrid working opportunities.
- This position is in Downtown Houston, Texas 77002.
- The salary range is between $65,000 and $78,000.
- Full-Time Benefits: After completion of a probationary period, you will be eligible for full-time company benefits.
- The ideal candidate must be available to start with two weeks of acceptance date.
