We are seeking a motivated individual to fill a part-time seasonal Administrative Assistant position at our Rogersville, MO location! This position will provide store & office support by assisting the General Manager, Finance Manager, & Office Manager with various accounting & administrative tasks.
Responsibilities: (Including, but not limited to)
- Answering phones at front Reception desk
- Entering data into Excel spreadsheets & other internal business systems
- Sorting & Filing paperwork
- Assisting with retail credit application processes
- Assisting accounting department with accounts receivable & accounts payable
- Completing other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills, on the phone and in person
- Strong computer and data entry skills
- Experience working with Excel spreadsheets
- Extremely detail oriented and organized
- Ability to maintain confidential information
- Ability to multi-task and work independently
- Prior accounting and multi-line phone experience is preferred
