We’re hiring a General Manager in Joplin, MO to manage all aspects of the Joplin dealership. The GM will focus on high customer satisfaction, leading the location in alignment with our company direction, and meet or exceed location specific goals.

Qualifications and Requirements :
- 5 years of agriculture, farm, diesel, construction and / or heavy equipment or similar equipment dealership experience
- Prior experience managing multiple departments and employee groups is required
- Understanding of financial statements
- Knowledge of sales strategies
- Strong communicator and coach, implementing efficient operations and promoting a customer-first mentality amongst the team.
- Enjoy a role working directly with customers and can work calmly under the pressure of the busy season.
- Ability to acquire and analyze information essential to the operation of the business
