Lot Maintenance Worker
The Lot Maintenance Worker will be responsible for maintaining the lot and building of the farm equipment dealership. This includes operating a forklift to move equipment, handling farm equipment for detailing and maintenance, general lot maintenance such as cleaning and organizing display areas and mowing the lot. The Lot Maintenance Worker will also be responsible for detailing new and used farm equipment to ensure it is in top condition for customers. The ideal candidate will have experience operating a forklift and handling farm equipment, as well as general maintenance and cleaning skills.
Responsibilities:
The Lot Maintenance Worker will be responsible for maintaining the lot and building of the farm equipment dealership. Responsibilities:
- Operating a forklift
- Handling farm equipment
- General lot maintenance
- General building maintenance and cleaning
- Keeping display areas organized and stocked
- Detailing new and used farm equipment
- Mowing the lot
- Assisting with snow removal and salting during winter months
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift heavy objects and operate machinery
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
