CNC Machinist
Locations: Burbank & South El Monte, CA
Pay: $21.00 - $45.00 per hour
About the Job
We’re looking for experienced CNC Machinists to join our team.
As a CNC Machinist, you’ll set up and operate CNC lathes and mills to produce precision aerospace parts. You’ll read blueprints, use shop math, and work with G-code programming to ensure accuracy and quality.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes
- Read blueprints and use shop math for accuracy
- Adjust programs and offsets as needed
- Load tools, fixtures, and materials correctly
- Inspect parts for quality
- Follow safety and best machining practices
- Work with the team to improve processes
- Assist in R&D and prototype machining (for experienced machinists)

What You Need
- At least 1 year of machining experience or related training
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Basic understanding of CNC machine operation
- Knowledge of speeds, feeds, and tooling (a plus!)
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Experience with CAD/CAM software (Mastercam, SolidWorks) is a plus!
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to stand, walk, and use hands frequently
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
