Service Specialist in Alpharetta, GA. In this role, you will provide exceptional support and assistance to our customers, ensuring their inquiries and concerns are resolved promptly and professionally. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customer interactions, contributing to a positive experience that aligns with our company’s values and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer communications via phone, email, and chat.
- Address customer inquiries regarding products, services, orders, billing, and technical issues.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within company guidelines.
- Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve escalated issues.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and share customer feedback to enhance service delivery.
- Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or similar environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
