Job Title: Finance Manager

This is a fantastic opportunity for a finance professional with a passion for financial modeling, forecasting, and supporting the financial close process. Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Modeling: Develop, enhance, and maintain financial models to support business planning, forecasting, and decision-making.
- Month-End Close & Reporting: Assist in the month-end close process by preparing and reviewing journal entries, reconciling accounts, and analyzing financial results.
- Flux Analysis: Conduct detailed variance analysis to explain fluctuations in financial performance.
- Cash Forecasting: Create and manage cash flow forecasts to ensure adequate liquidity and optimize working capital.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports and dashboards for senior management to provide insight into company performance.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance financial processes and controls to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, financial modeling, and accounting, ideally with small to midsized companies.
- Excel Skills: Advanced Excel skills, including proficiency with pivot tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, and complex formulas.
- Accounting Knowledge: Strong understanding of GAAP and the financial close process.
- Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and present financial data clearly.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and effectively present insights to stakeholders.
- Hybrid Role: Must be able to work on-site in Dallas part-time and remotely as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with financial reporting tools and ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks, or similar).
- CPA, CFA, or MBA is a plus but not required.
