Hybrid set up – 1 day in office (Tuesdays) - 4 from home ) 4o hour work week - day shift hours

Reason its opened – help our clients existing portfolio through the audit season.
We are looking for a two-month accountant just to help get our existing portfolio through the audit season.
Duties include but are not limited to - Monthly financials, bank recs, weekly cash management (including cash requests to ownership), committing checks for our AP team to pay, balance sheet recs, replacement reserve requests, miscellaneous requests, and audit work with the auditors.
Salary : $35 - $45
