About the Role:
Our client, a well-established and growing company in North Dallas, is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join their high-performing finance team. You’ll play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and decision support, working closely with senior leadership to drive performance and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic initiatives and business decisions
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting process for assigned business units
- Analyze financial results and variances, providing insights and recommendations
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Ops, Sales, Marketing) to provide financial guidance
- Prepare executive-level reporting packages and dashboards
- Assist in long-range planning and ad hoc financial projects
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CFA a plus)
- 4 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related roles
- Strong Excel modeling skills; experience with tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar preferred
- Solid understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
- Excellent communication skills and business acumen
- Self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Salary : $90,000 - $100,000
