Supply Chain Operations Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Operations Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient and safe processes. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in supply chain management, ideally in a retail or manufacturing setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fulfillment & Shipping: Develop and implement streamlined systems and processes for order fulfillment and shipping, ensuring all orders are processed accurately and shipped on time, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Warehouse Management: Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for efficient and safe processes, supervising warehouse staff to ensure productivity and high operational standards.
- Inventory Control: Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels, including performing regular inventory checks and cycle counts, working with the team to ensure proper restocking procedures and prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
- Courier & Vendor Management: Coordinate with couriers to ensure timely deliveries, managing relationships with shipping partners, and resolving any shipping-related issues, optimizing shipping routes and methods for cost-effective solutions.
