We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team.

Overview

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Operations Associate will be responsible for supporting warehouse operations, including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, storing, and distributing products. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate inventory management, timely order fulfillment, and maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with accuracy and efficiency.
• Assist in loading and unloading delivery trucks for small packages. Carriers include, but are not limited to, UPS, FedEx, and USPS.
• Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments of dental implants and related products.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Organize and store products in designated areas to optimize space and accessibility.
• Perform regular inventory counts and report discrepancies to the Operations Manager.
• Ensure the warehouse is clean, safe, and organized at all times.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with other departments, including Support, Orders, and Returns, to ensure smooth operations.

Key Qualifications & Skills

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management software (preferred).
• Experience: 2 years warehouse and distribution operations experience (preferred).
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs) as needed.
• Standing for long periods of time.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control processes (preferred).
