Under the direction of the Marketing Manager, the exempt Marketing Specialist will be responsible for the duties summarized below. We are seeking an individual who understands the urgency of getting the job done and done correctly. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, well organized, a self-starter, and who has a collaborative, can-do attitude. An understanding of basic marketing principles is required.
Essential Job Functions
- Assist in the development and submission of prequalification packages, statements of qualifications, technical proposals, presentations, resumes, project descriptions, and other deliverables to public works and private clients.
- Participate in the proposal process from inception to submission, including go / no-go analysis; kickoff meetings; scheduling; generating accurate RFQ / P compliance outlines; content coordination with internal and partner team members pink, red, and gold team reviews; win themes and differentiators; and timely submission of deliverables.
- Interface with team members and partners to procure, coordinate, and manage technical, project, personnel, and other data.
- Coordinate, organize, and accurately enter procured data into CRM and database.
- Create and assist in planning engaging content for website, social media, and other external marketing
outlets, applying marketing strategy and adhering to brand standards.
