Entry Knowledge
- Understanding of talent acquisition strategies and best practices.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.
- Basic knowledge of employment laws and hiring compliance.
- Experience in conducting structured interviews and evaluating candidate responses.
Skill Level
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to assess candidate fit based on company culture and role requirements.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple open roles and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn and other job boards.
- Experience leading and improving interview processes.
Responsibilities
- Develop job descriptions and post job openings on relevant platforms.
- Conduct and lead structured first-round interviews.
- Provide interview assessments and feedback to S. J. Rollins leaders.
- Coordinate interviews and manage scheduling logistics.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
- Collaborate with S. J. Rollins leaders to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
- Assist in onboarding processes to ensure a seamless new hire experience.
