What You'll Do
- Assist with research, filing, data entry, and recording and maintaining accurate and complete financial records
- Assist in preparation of journal entries, bank reconciliations and other general ledger account reconciliations for monthly close process
- Assist in preparation of financial reports
- Work with accounting software
- Learn how to work as part of the Accounting team to compile and analyze data, track information, and support the company or clients
- Take on additional tasks or projects to learn more about accounting and office operations
- You have a high school diploma or state accepted equivalency
- You are pursing a degree in Accounting or Business Administration
- You are currently a junior or senior in college with an expected graduation date in 2024 - 2026
- You are at least 18 years of age
- You have excellent IT and computer skills
- You have basic accounting skills
- You are highly skilled in QuickBooks Online
- You are proficient in Microsoft Suite including Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams
- You have knowledge of or experience with system integration
- You have knowledge of or experience with data cleanup
- You have the ability to execute multiple tasks and projects concurrently to meet deadlines
- You are energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas
- You adhere to high ethical standard
- You work well in a team environment
- You are professional with interpersonal and communication skills
- You reside in Indianapolis, Indiana with the ability to work in-office
- You are able to work a fixed schedule of either 20 hours -OR- 40 hours per week from January to June 2025
- Competitive Hourly Base Pay of up to $20

- Should we welcome 2 interns, we will coordinate so that each person will work 20 hours per week to accommodate a full work week.
