Responsible for greeting customers, assisting with service work, ordering and tracking of parts, managing work orders and invoices, selling jobs, addressing phone inquiries and scheduling appointments

- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly demeanor.
- Manages work orders and invoices
- Orders parts and tracks them
- Schedules appointments
- Assists with service work
- Answers phone calls and directs customers
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn computers programs
- Basic knowledge of automotive parts and service
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A positive attitude and ability to work well with others
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
