We are looking for an Inventory Assistant that is reliable and responsible with a positive and ambitious attitude. Candidates with organizational skills who can handle multiple tasks highly preferred. Having a persuasive and friendly attitude will make you successful in this role, which can lead you to a greater role. Seeing as we are an expanding company, we strive for candidates with the capabilities and want to expand themselves in the roles the company has to offer.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Learn and effectively operate the Point of Sale (POS) system to assist with transactions and ensure smooth business operations.
- Perform regular inventory checks, track product levels, and assist with inventory organization to ensure accurate stock counts.
- Assist with inventory audits and resolve any discrepancies between physical stock and system records.
- Accurately tag and label all inventory with appropriate identifiers and ensure that all stock is logged and tracked in the system to maintain accurate records.
- Utilize Jewel Mate P.O.S System for data entry and inventory reporting.
- Occasional travel between our 8 different retail locations within the Bay Area.
Job Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must have a high school diploma/GED. (Sales; Luxury or Jewelry Sales preferred).
- Basic math skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Jewelry experience preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Regular attendance is essential to this position in order to ensure adequate coverage to meet company objectives.
- Ability to work a flexible work schedule, including weekends and holidays is required.
- Reliable mode of transportation required for occasional travel between different store locations within the Bay Area.
Interview and Training will take place in Daly City, CA for 1-2 weeks.
