We are looking for an Office Assistant that is reliable and responsible with a positive and ambitious attitude. Candidates with strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome in our store will stand out. Someone who has experience and desire to promptly resolve customer issues and complaints. Having a persuasive and friendly attitude will make you successful in this role, which can lead you to a greater role. Key Responsibilities Include:
- Required to make 100 phone calls to customers per day to obtain customer feedback, advertise current deals, and answer customer questions.
- Learn and effectively operate the Point of Sale (POS) system to assist with transactions and ensure smooth business operations.
- Perform regular inventory checks, track product levels, and assist with inventory organization to ensure accurate stock counts.
- Provide assistance with miscellaneous office tasks as needed, including administrative duties, organizing materials, and assisting with office organization.
- Manage digital and paper files by scanning and uploading documents to the appropriate folders, ensuring proper filing and retrieval systems are followed.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for data entry, reporting, document creation, and analysis, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in daily tasks.
Job Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must have a high school diploma/GED. Must have 1-3 years; retail experience (Sales; Luxury or Jewelry Sales preferred).
- Basic math skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Regular attendance is essential to this position in order to ensure adequate coverage to meet company objectives.
- Ability to work a flexible work schedule, including weekends and holidays is required.
- Reliable Transportation required.
