Job Details
The Test Analyst will play a key role in supporting testing activities within a government agency s Technology Management Division, specifically in financial and administrative services. This role requires close collaboration with business analysts, development teams, and third-party vendors throughout the requirements, development, and testing phases.
Key responsibilities include:
Designing and executing test scenarios to validate customer requirements.
Conducting system, functional, and integration testing.
Performing quality assurance checks to ensure the delivery of high-quality, fit-for-purpose code.
Coordinating defect re-testing and maintaining test documentation, reports, and progress charts.
Acting as a liaison for test planning, execution, and analysis.
Managing tasks related to time tracking, reporting, risk and issue management, quality assurance, and change management.
Providing support to test team members and collaborating with IT and business stakeholders.
Preferred skills include expertise in SAP Financials, GenTax, QA requirement analysis and test planning, test execution and defect tracking, and proficiency with QA tracking tools such as Solution Manager or HP ALM.
