This role requires a strong analytical mindset, hands-on experience with QlikSense and Tableau (optional), and the ability to work with structured and unstructured data to drive business impact. Key Responsibilities Analyze and mine large datasets to uncover trends, correlations, and actionable insights. Develop models and statistical techniques to track KPI trends, ROI measurement, and forecasting. Conduct data-driven analysis to optimize business strategies and operational efficiency. Build, maintain, and optimize codebases for reporting automation and analytics workflows. Develop visualizations and dashboards in QlikSense / Tableau to present insights to stakeholders. Work cross-functionally with business, finance, and product teams to support data-backed decision-making. Ensure data integrity, quality, and governance while handling large datasets. Required Skills & Qualifications Experience : 3-5 years in data analytics, data science, or a related field. Technical Skills : Proficiency in SQL, Python / R, QlikSense, and Tableau (optional). Analytics & Modeling : Strong understanding of data mining, statistical modeling, and predictive analytics. Automation & Codebase Management : Ability to build and maintain reporting pipelines and analytics codebases. Strong Business Acumen : Ability to translate data insights into strategic recommendations. Excellent Communication : Strong storytelling and visualization skills for data presentation. Preferred Qualifications Experience with ETL, data warehousing, and reporting automation. Background in A / B testing, regression modeling, and statistical analysis.
