Requirement:

We are looking for a Senior consultant PP with a good PM and QM knowledge.

The candidate must have experience of PP in discrete manufacturing industry (A&D is a plus).

The candidate must have relevant experience with S/4.

Job description:

Mission description: pilot implementation of production module integrated with EWM, finance, controlling and interface with an MES.

Functionalities to develop (and document):

• Configuration of PP with integration with EWM, finance & controlling
• Interface with MES
• pMRP, scheduling, MRP Live, capacity leveling, shopfloor management
• Ability to drive detailed design workshops
• Ability to plan the training sessions to the key users and to proceed with the trainings
• Support to the testing sessions
• Integration with Quality management
• Detailed analysis, configuration of the system
• WRICEF supervision
• Support to the data migration: data mapping, error tracking and corrections, data loading
• Setup of the cutover plan and realization of the go-live
• End user support post go-live
  
  

Locations: Washington (MO), Cottonwoods Falls (KS), Cuba (MO) (without PP-MES deployment).

Mission start: ASAP

Mission duration: /-12 months

Language: Fluent in English, French is a plus
