As the Program Manager / Practice Lead for our Nuclear market segment, you will oversee critical projects, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and manage teams across various technical and operational aspects. Over the past four decades, S&ME has provided an integrated approach to solving engineering and environmental issues associated with licensing and construction projects typified by the nuclear industry. Your role as Program Manager / Practice Lead will be to spearhead the marketing, proposal development, and execution of projects in the nuclear industry focused on our core services. Core services include:
The qualified individual will possess extensive experience with services such as nuclear licensure, site characterizations, geotechnical design, and nuclear quality assurance.

- Geotechnical and Environmental services in support of site selection, planning, design, and licensure
- Construction quality assurance
- Civil design for O&M projects, infrastructure repairs, and major modifications
The qualified individual will possess extensive experience with services such as nuclear licensure, site characterizations, geotechnical design, and nuclear quality assurance.
Who You Are :
- You have a Bachelor's degree in Geotechnical Engineering or Geology
- You have a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience
- You have a Professional Engineer or Geologist in multiple states within the S&ME footprint
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills; attention to detail; and ability to meet deadlines
- You are proficient with Microsoft Suite including, Project
