Job Overview
We’re seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Social Media Coordinator to manage and grow our digital presence across multiple platforms. This role is perfect for someone passionate about fashion, storytelling, and community engagement. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of social media trends, content creation, and audience engagement strategies.
Responsibilities
- Work with Marketing Director to plan and execute brand campaigns.
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest.
- Write compelling captions and copy that reflect our brand voice.
- Engage with our community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging platforms to keep our strategy fresh and innovative.
- Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to align social media content with brand objectives.
- Assist in influencer outreach and partnerships to expand brand reach.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and emerging platforms.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Experience with photo and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, etc.).
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a creative team.
- Passion for fashion, lifestyle, and community-building.
- Familiarity with analytics tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or Later is a plus.
