Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to represent both our companies. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing clients. You will leverage your skills in technical sales and account management to analyze market trends and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, lead generation, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Duties
- Represent the company in a positive, prepared and respectful manner
- Prospect, cold call and generate new business by developing a list of potential clients in traditional and non-traditional markets for both companies
- Daily business development, territory management and revenue growth through visits to various customer job sites/offices with occasional overnight stays
- Utilize company resources to strategically target certain accounts that are already identified by the companies as a warm lead through cold calls, site visits, inbound calls and other strategic sales & marketing campaigns.
- Participate in local and state networking groups as well as attend trade shows.
- Document and notate daily activity with company provided CRM
- Develop, plan and organize personal strategies to achieve company set goals.
- Identify the needs in your target market and be prepared to win, service and maintain key accounts regardless of the competitive landscape.
- Assist in the delivery and handover on vehicles at time of rental/sale
- Inspect and quote customers on truck repairs and truck upfits
- Promote all snow equipment for new and existing customers.
- Maintain a daily sales call log sheet.
- Communicate with management and team members consistently throughout the week to stay up to date on shop and rental schedules.
- Help with advertising for both companies.
Experience
- Proven experience in truck/equipment sales or construction supply sales is preferred.
- Strong background in account management with the ability to analyze client needs effectively.
- Demonstrated success in lead generation and B2B sales strategies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with sales management tools and CRM software is a plus.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
